THE LEGAL BIT

PURCHASE T&CS

For all standard orders with 10+ months from order to wear date, we offer a 7 calendar day cooling off period from the date of receiving your order confirmation (not receipt of payment) to read our t&cs and where you may cancel this agreement for any reason and receive a full refund of any monies paid less a 1% card handling fee as this is not refunded by the banks. Any gifts received for buying a dress must be returned. After 7 days, unless we have heard otherwise, it is deemed that you have accepted these terms and you have committed to the gown. It cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason including, but not limited to, changing your mind, pregnancy or the cancellation or delay or bringing forward of your wedding. If you wish to cancel, you must do so in writing and any outstanding payments will still be due as agreed and your dress will be ready to collect at the normal time. The 7 day cooling off period is not applicable to ex samples purchased 'off the rack' or in the rare event we have offered a rush order for wedding less than 10 months away, due to time sensitive nature payment must be made in full and order processed immediately with the designer, Unbridaled Boutique cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery due to your late payment. Rush orders are subject to approval from designer (within 7 days of purchase) will incur a £100 - £400 rush fee and will have a non standard delivery date closer to the wedding which will be agreed by both parties before proceeding.  For orders made 10 months or more in advance then you may choose to pay a deposit with the balance spread, interest free, over 6 instalments, using our automated invoice payment only. If you stop the automated payments and are more than 30 days late in any monthly payment, without prior agreement then your order will be cancelled, all monies paid will be forfeited and the gown will remain property of Unbridaled Boutique to resell to recoup losses. Orders less than 10 months must be paid in full at time of order.   Any post order amendments to the original style, design or timeframe are dealt with on a case by case basis and if agreed to by us and the designer, will incur a £50 admin fee, plus the difference in cost. Gowns/dresses are made to order but not made to measure. Alterations are almost always required to give a perfect fit and these are at extra cost to yourself. All dresses are ordered to the largest measurement of the bride to allow for variations from the designers standard size chart. Wedding size charts are different for every designer so you might find that your size is not your usual high street size. Alterations are integral to a perfect fit and should be anticipated and budgeted for accordingly. Unbridaled Boutique do not offer alteration work, but we can recommend a seamstress, we are not responsible or liable for any work carried out by the seamstress this is between you and them. You are responsible for booking alterations in a timely manner yourself. No alterations can be made until goods have been paid for in full. Unbridaled Boutique cannot accept responsibility for a dress or gown no longer fitting due to weight gain/loss, pregnancy or other circumstances beyond our control. Measurements are taken on day of order.  If you do become pregnant, have changed weight dramatically or have delayed your wedding then please notify us ASAP, we will always give help and advice where possible on a case by case basis depending on the progress of your order, but please remember no refunds can be given. We never recommend purchasing a gown smaller than you are in anticipation of losing weight. If in any doubt about size fluctuations we always recommend sizing up. Surcharges may be made for changes to the original design e.g. adding or removing of sleeves, larger sizes required, waist to floor measurements. Bespoke changes and customisations are made specifically for you and non refundable for any reason, make sure you are certain before ordering. Due to the hand made processes and nature of the fabrics involved, slight variations in fabric colour, texture and trim can be possible, within a tolerance, these are beyond our control. Silk in particular is normal to have small darker flecks in it as it is a naturally imperfect fabric. If the designer deems it absolutely necessary to change something minor about your gown to accommodate your measurements then this is out with our control, an example would be, but not limited to, modifying boning or modifying lace placement on a bodice to accommodate a large bust. Although every effort will be made to receive delivery of your order on time, Unbridaled Boutique cannot be held responsible or liable for suppliers failure or couriers not delivering goods on time. If we cannot get your dress before the minimum time required for your wedding of 3 weeks prior, our liability is limited to the full refund of the purchase price. We aim to have your gown ready for collection 12 weeks before the wedding date given at time of order, unless prior agreement, such as a rush order. Unexpected delays to this are outwith our control and not subject to compensation or refund. Once notified your dress is ready you have 30 days to arrange to collect your gown. Every 30 days after that will be charged £20 storage fee. 180 days after notice is given that dress is ready, even if the dress is paid up but there has been no contact from you to collect we will retain ownership of the gown to recoup losses. Unbridaled Boutique cannot be held liable for circumstances out with our control such as war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather or natural disasters. Unbridaled Boutique accept no responsibility or liability for the suitability of a gown or any other item for use outside its intended purpose. Wedding dresses are delicate in nature and designed for ceremonial purposes only.  Prior to the wedding your dress should only be tried on either in store or with a professional, insured, seamstress, trying it on at home can result in wear and tear that is not covered by us or your home insurance. Storing your dress at home should be away from direct sunlight, heat source or damp, in its breathable garment bag. Beaded and real silk bias dresses, should not be hung for long periods of time as the fabric can stretch, making it too long. You are responsible for updating us if you change your contact details, wedding date or anything else pertinent to the delivery of your purchase. We strongly advise adding hello@unbridaledboutique.co.uk to your safe senders list. Email lis our main method of contact and are not responsible for important updates going into 'spam folders'
