You've done the rounds, want to visit, but feel bad taking up a full appointment.
Appointment Type
You're a bit bored of shopping now, tried it all, and know exactly what you're after. You've seen specific gowns that we carry and just need to rule them in or out. This one skips the introductions and education and gets straight to your specific shortlist. This is for brides who have already visited at least 3 other bridal shops and are confident in what they like, they just haven't quite found the right version yet. We will have time to try on 4 gowns max, if your hit list is longer than this, please book the more comprehensive discovery appointment. You are welcome to fly solo or bring 1 guest max to this appointment, if you need more guests please book the more comprehensive discovery appointment. Appointment time is made up of 15 mins to get settled and find out about your dress journey so far, what you have already tried, loved and loathed. 30 mins to try on up to 4 dresses. 15 mins reserved at the end to measure up and place your order if you find 'the one'
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy As a small business seeing one client at a time, we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. By booking, you agree to our guest limits for that appointment type, our no-photography policy in store, and that late arrival, without prior agreement, may result in forfeiting your appointment — we're unable to extend appointment times to cover lost minutes, as it affects every bride booked after you. Cancellations Outside 48 hours: refunded, less a £5 admin fee Within 48 hours: full booking fee is non-refundable Rescheduling One free reschedule is allowed, provided it's requested outside 48 hours of your appointment Rescheduling within 48 hours, or a second reschedule request, will be treated as a new booking and the original fee is forfeited No Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in an additional £30 charge, automatically taken from the card used to book.
