Appointment Type
The beginning of it all. No fixed ideas, no shortlist - just you, a room full of possibilities and time to try silhouettes, fabrics and shapes until something makes you stop mid-sentence. Perfect for brides dress shopping for the first or second time, looking to try on more than 5 dresses. The appointment consists of around 15 mins getting settled, fact finding, discussing ideas and getting to know you, 60 mins for trying on dresses and 15 mins reserved at the end to measure up and place your order if you find 'the one' You are welcome to fly solo or bring your trusted 1, 2 or 3 guests maximum to support you.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy As a small business seeing one client at a time, we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. By booking, you agree to our guest limits for that appointment type, our no-photography policy in store, and that late arrival, without prior agreement, may result in forfeiting your appointment — we're unable to extend appointment times to cover lost minutes, as it affects every bride booked after you. Cancellations Outside 48 hours: refunded, less a £5 admin fee Within 48 hours: full booking fee is non-refundable Rescheduling One free reschedule is allowed, provided it's requested outside 48 hours of your appointment Rescheduling within 48 hours, or a second reschedule request, will be treated as a new booking and the original fee is forfeited No Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in an additional £30 charge, automatically taken from the card used to book.
