Shit got real - it's time to pick up your dress!
Appointment Type
The final chapter - your dress is ready and it's time to bring her home. This is about the last checks and the handover, not another fitting. You will try on your dress, as we find this is the easiest way to inspect it, make sure everything is as you ordered and take it away to start alterations. The dress will almost certainly still be too long and will likely still not fit perfectly everywhere, especially if you have changed size since ordering, but this is normal and will be taken care of during the alteration process which you should have already booked independently. Our delivery schedule is carefully organised to make sure there is ample time to have everything perfect before the big day. You are welcome to fly solo or bring your trusted 1 or 2 guests max to this appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy As a small business seeing one client at a time, we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. By booking, you agree to our guest limits for that appointment type, our no-photography policy in store, and that late arrival, without prior agreement, may result in forfeiting your appointment — we're unable to extend appointment times to cover lost minutes, as it affects every bride booked after you. Cancellations Outside 48 hours: refunded, less a £5 admin fee Within 48 hours: full booking fee is non-refundable Rescheduling One free reschedule is allowed, provided it's requested outside 48 hours of your appointment Rescheduling within 48 hours, or a second reschedule request, will be treated as a new booking and the original fee is forfeited No Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in an additional £30 charge, automatically taken from the card used to book.
