Appointment Type
You've already visited us and narrowed it down - this visit is about retrying your top 2 gowns and making that final decision between first and second place. We'll also flag anything new that's landed since you were last in, just in case it changes the shortlist. You are welcome to fly solo or bring 1 trusted guest to support you. If you are torn between more than 2 dresses, have multiple new arrivals added to your hit list or require more than 1 guest, please book the more comprehensive discovery appointment. If you don't need to deliberate and have made up your mind, please book the done deal appointment. The appointment is made up of 15 mins to get settled, find out what you have been up to since we last met and discuss any new arrivals that may be worth consideration. 15 mins to try on you top 2 gowns. 15 mins reserved at the end to measure up and place order if you decide on 'the one'
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy As a small business seeing one client at a time, we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. By booking, you agree to our guest limits for that appointment type, our no-photography policy in store, and that late arrival, without prior agreement, may result in forfeiting your appointment — we're unable to extend appointment times to cover lost minutes, as it affects every bride booked after you. Cancellations Outside 48 hours: refunded, less a £5 admin fee Within 48 hours: full booking fee is non-refundable Rescheduling One free reschedule is allowed, provided it's requested outside 48 hours of your appointment Rescheduling within 48 hours, or a second reschedule request, will be treated as a new booking and the original fee is forfeited No Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in an additional £30 charge, automatically taken from the card used to book.
