Appointment Type
You've already visited us. You've slept on it. It's a done deal. This one is simply to try on the dress, get measured, and make it official - whether that's for your own reassurance or so someone special can be there to see it. One gown, no detours You are welcome to fly solo or bring 1 or 2 trusted guests to share the moment with you. This appointment is for brides who have made their mind up, if you were torn between 2 dresses or want to try on something new that has arrived since your last visit, please book a longer deliberation appointment. The appointment is made up of 5 mins to get settled, 10 mins to try on your dress and 15 mins reserved at the end for measurements and to place your order.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy As a small business seeing one client at a time, we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. By booking, you agree to our guest limits for that appointment type, our no-photography policy in store, and that late arrival, without prior agreement, may result in forfeiting your appointment — we're unable to extend appointment times to cover lost minutes, as it affects every bride booked after you. Cancellations Outside 48 hours: refunded, less a £5 admin fee Within 48 hours: full booking fee is non-refundable Rescheduling One free reschedule is allowed, provided it's requested outside 48 hours of your appointment Rescheduling within 48 hours, or a second reschedule request, will be treated as a new booking and the original fee is forfeited No Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in an additional £30 charge, automatically taken from the card used to book.
