In our experience brides who shop alone are far more efficient appointments where we are not distracted by satisfying other peoples opinions and air time. We love them , we can form a true affinity with you, the bride, and discuss and focus on things we most likely would not with family present. The only opinion that truly matters is your own and shopping alone can afford you a clarity that isn't always possible with multiple opinions and comments flying at you. Brides who shop alone tend to fall into 2 categories: those who simply don't want the fuss of friends and family at all; and those who want to pre shop, find their favourites and then return with guests. (whether this is the plan from the start or from struggling to find the one and are now on a mission, perhaps only interested in a few styles rather than a full bridal appointment as they've tried on so many dresses by this point.) By offering this shorter, more efficient bridal appointment, we can see more brides and you get a lower outlay on the appointment fee. The rule is simple, this appointment is for the bride to come alone. If you later decide to bring a guest, you must cancel and rebook the standard bridal appointment. Relaxed and intimate bridal consultation for the independent bride where you will have sole use of the bridal boutique for a truly exclusive personal shopping experience. Appointments last up to 60 minutes comprised of 45 minutes for trying on dresses and 15 minutes reserved for measuring and processing your order if you find the one. There is no exception on the guest limit of 0 and brides who turn up with more than this will be turned away without refund. There's no limit other than time, but with out expert guidance, most brides need to try approx 5-10 dresses to find their favourite. You must have a *minimum* of 8-10 months from purchase to wear date, ideally 12-18 months. Photos and videos in the dresses are not permitted. Booking an appointment is an acceptance of these conditions.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business that only sees 1 client at a time we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours are loss of booking fee. Cancellations outside 48 hours are refunded less £2 card handling fee. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge outside of 48 hours, after that they are a new booking, with loss of original booking fee. No shows are charged an extra £30 automatically to the card used for booking.
