Appointment Type
Consultation for you and your selected number of guests where you will have sole use of the bridal boutique for a truly personal shopping experience. Appointments last up to 90 mins, this is comprised of 60 minutes for trying on dresses and 30 minutes reserved for measuring and processing your order if you happen to find the one. There is no exception on the guest limit you have booked, guests will be turned away without refund if they bring more guests than they have booked. Children under 12 are not permitted (except for the brides newborn please see FAQS) and children over 12 are part of the guest limit. We do not have space for and our insurance does not permit more than 3 guests, if you email asking us if it's ok to bring 4 we will say the exact same. Although we offer up to 3 guests, it is always our strongest and best advice to keep your guest limit to 2 or less whenever possible. There's no limit other than time, but with out expert guidance, most brides need to try approx 5-10 dresses to find their favourite. You must have a *minimum* of 8-10 months from purchase to wear date, ideally 12-18 months. Photos and videos in the dresses are not permitted. Booking an appointment is an acceptance of these conditions.
Cancellation Policy
As a small business that only sees 1 client at a time we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours are loss of full booking fee. Cancellations outside 48 hours are refunded less £5 admin fee. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge outside of 48 hours, after that they are a new booking, with loss of original booking fee. No shows are charged an extra £30 automatically to the card used for booking.
