Appointment Type

Customise your bridal look with our exclusive range of accessories and styling advice. This appointment is for bride only, no guests - you don't need an entourage to choose a pair of earrings! All our accessories are made to order so are not held in stock to take away on the day. Please have a minimum of 3 months from accessory appointment to wedding day to allow for making, shipping and any delays. If you specifically want a custom embroidered veil by Rebecca Anne designs, you ideally want to have 3-6 months for that process. If you have already purchased your dress elsewhere and have it to hand then please bring it along so we can colour match. If not, please come prepared with some photos and length of train for veils. If you have purchased your gown from us we should still have the sample to compare colour and train lengths but will let you know if we no longer have it.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business that only sees 1 client at a time we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours are loss of booking fee. Cancellations outside 48 hours are refunded less £2 card handling fee. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge outside of 48 hours, after that they are a new booking, with loss of original booking fee. No shows are charged an extra £30 automatically to the card used for booking.
